This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed, for what purposes, and on what legal grounds under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) when you visit viratechlabs.com, the website of Vira Tech Labs, and use our contact or quote request forms. This policy applies only to the viratechlabs.com website; the in-app/in-panel data processing of our products — Otopark, Cari, Fındık Bahçem and Sorumasyon — is described under "Product-Specific Privacy Policies" below.
Data We Collect
When you fill out our contact or quote forms, we collect information such as your full name, email address, phone number, company name, and message content. This is data you provide to us directly through the form; you don't need to create an account to browse our site.
Purposes of Processing
We process your personal data to respond to your request or question, prepare a tailored price quote, run our sales and support processes, and contact you when needed. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed under KVKK Article 5/2, on the grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that pre-contractual discussions take place at your request, and that processing is necessary for our legitimate interests.
Retention Period
We retain data submitted through our forms for as long as necessary to resolve your request and manage a potential business relationship, taking our legal retention obligations into account. Once that period ends, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties, other than the email/SMTP infrastructure provider used to deliver form submissions to info@viratechlabs.com. Data may only be shared with authorized authorities where legally required (e.g. a court order or statutory obligation).
Cookies
Our site currently uses only one strictly necessary/functional cookie, to remember your language preference; we do not use any analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Data Security
Your data is transmitted over secure (HTTPS) connections. Access to your data is limited to team members responsible for handling your request, and technical and administrative measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access.
Your Rights Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you can contact us to exercise the following rights:
- Find out whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processing, if any
- Learn whether it's being used in line with its stated purpose
- Know the third parties, domestic or foreign, to whom it's transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in KVKK
- Request that any corrections, deletions or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively via automated systems
- Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

Data processing within our Otopark and Cari multi-tenant admin panels is governed by the service agreement with each business customer; end-user data within a panel is managed by that business customer as the data controller.
